![]() ![]() Chinese lanugage input is currently stuck in English, so although I can switch from that to my UK custom layout and back, I cannot actually type Chinese. Inoperable, however, are Win Space and the various keys that can be used to toggle the pinyin input method editor (Shift, Ctr, Ctr Shift, Ctr Space), except on one random occasion for just a few minutes. ![]() Left Alt Shift switches languages successfully between my UK custom layout and Chinese. Some keyboard shortcuts have stopped working. The Microsft IME process is shown in Task Manager as typically using about 94% of my CPU's capacity (path C:\Windows\System32\InputMethod\CHS\ChsIME.exe, in my case). PC has two languages installed: UK English (custom keyboard layout), and Simplified Chinese (Microsoft Pinyin Input Method Editor).
